Giving

Bitterroot Valley Church of the Nazarene is a non-profit organization that relies completely upon the gifts of its members and participants to operate. We encourage our members and participants to participate in tithing.  

There are many ways to make a gift to Bitterroot Valley Church of the Nazarene:

• The traditional way to give is to put your offering (cash or check) into the plate that is passed during our Worship Service every Sunday morning. Since the Covid pandemic, we also have contactless tithing boxes located at the back of the sanctuary at the double doors and in the foyer entrance.

• Checks can also be delivered in person to our Church Office at the Neely Center (at the corner of 5th & A Street in Victor) or mailed to us (P.O. Box 360, Victor, MT 59875). • We are also now set up to receive gifts via electronic check, debit card, or credit card via PayPal.

• To make a non-fee gift via PayPal from your PayPal balance or bank account, log into your PayPal account, click on "Send money to a friend", and use the email address donation@bitnaz.org as the recipient of the gift.

• To make a gift via PayPal using electronic check, debit card, or credit card, use the "Donate" button. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use the button, but any gifts made using the button (whether or not you sign into your PayPal account) will have a processing fee of 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction.

All gifts to Bitterroot Valley Church of the Nazarene will have 10% given to the ministries of the General Church of the Nazarene (5.5% to the World Evangelism Fund, 2.25% to Pensions & Benefits, and 2.25% to our regional university, Northwest Nazarene University) and 8.5% given to the ministries of the Rocky Mountain District Church of the Nazarene (District, SDMI, NMI, & NYI).
